Your best bet would be to go to the manufacturer's website (RIM) and look at the specs for yourself.

9780 came out in 2010. I owned the phone, and it works well. I didn't know what the memory and ROM/internal memory were when I bought the phone. Try Google as well.

I know its off a bit but I had the curve 9360 for a while and its great, the keyboard wasn't clunky like the older curves and it has a very nice set of software on it. Battery life for me was a couple of days and I'm forever bbming and texting.
