Browser doesn't work with my curve
 

Hi people on BB-forums,

My name is Jack and today I switched to mobile vikings. This is a network with 1k free sms/ 1h calling/ 2gb internet. BUT, I can't connect to the internet!! When I click the browser icon, my BB doesn't respond! I configured the settings (apn: web.be user:web pass:web), but still no response. Please somebody help me because I rlly need mobile internet..

You need a BlackBerry data plan from your provider.

really?? :o With the plan I had untill yesterday I could go on the mobile internet (every month I had 10mb internet). And now, I have 2gb and I can't use the internet? :(

Are you sure your new plan includes BlackBerry access? I looked at your provider's website and I see nothing that indicates that you are allowed to access BlackBerry data on that EUR15 tariff.

You should probably call mobile vikings (presumably your carrier).
We aren't associated with RIM or any of the carriers.
