Question blackberry 9900

Please Login to Remove!

my blackberry9900 crashed suddenly i am unable to boot it. its been only4months i bought that phone r v paying 600$ for a phone which will crash just in 4 months. i kept my phone so safely i never dropped it it never got wet. can someone tell me how can i boot it???

When you take out the battery and then put it back, exactly what do you see happen?
