Hello everyone! Can you guys help me? I dont know what happened my BBM contacts and messages were all gone. Can someone teach me how to recover them? I really appreciate it. Im on a blackberry curve 8320. Please someone help me!

Did you back them up using your email or desktop manager?

The OP did not. As stated previously, and on other forums, if a BBM contact backup (local or remote) was not done, then there is nothing to restore from.
