Blackberry 9105

I have a 9105. Thought I'd be smart and delete some things from it. Now...when I connect to my PC....and double click the user tools....it ask's for what country I'm in....and when I select the down arrow....nothing is there. I have lost the installation cd.....

Any suggestions?????
