I have a 9810 that won't turn on and I want to recover the contacts. It had an error that it had dot wet. It didn't get wet but just quit. The guy at the Telus store said it can't be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you make a backup of your data?

Yep, if the BlackBerry is dead, it's too late now, unless you have the data somewhere else as well. A backup file on your computer? Backed up with BlackBerry Protect? Sync'd with something?

yes only if u have used ur email address as ur back up.........so as u enter ur email address in a new bb it will ask if u want to restor ur contcts or not
