Default Phone died and I want to recover my contacts

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 9810 that won't turn on and I want to recover the contacts. It had an error that it had dot wet. It didn't get wet but just quit. The guy at the Telus store said it can't be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you make a backup of your data?

Yep, if the BlackBerry is dead, it's too late now, unless you have the data somewhere else as well. A backup file on your computer? Backed up with BlackBerry Protect? Sync'd with something?

Please do not post in text speak. There are many non native English speakers who probably have no clue what you wrote. I know I don't.
