Exclamation Blackberry 9790 bold casing

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I would like to ask if my damaged bb can be saved as the casing is cracked and needs to be changed. Where do I get a new one and can it be claimed through warranty as the phone was only bought in April. Where do I go to, to get it ordered?

Thanks,
Urgent!

Usually that type of damage is not covered. You can get a new case on the internet and also search for a video on replacing the case. Make sure you buy from a dealer who specializes in blackberry OEM parts.

The cost is a lot less than a new phone.
