as i have read on the thread i follow the steps below:

"If so and you can send but not receive, try this: Go to Messages > Options > Email Settings > Menu Key > Folder Redirection. From there, make sure there's a check next to mailbox."

mine doesn't have a check on it, even when i tick on the the email there is inbox and spam the three boxes doesn't have a check,

is that the reason why i stopped receiving email on my BB? what should i do then to have a check on the box? do i need to remove my email add and redo it again?

Have you tried removing the battery and then putting it back in?
That's the first thing to try...

yup i have tried the battery pull, and nothing was changed.
