Wiping Bold 9700 Clean prior to sale
 

Hi,

I'm about to sell my 9700, and would like to ensure I remove all my user data and downloaded apps from it.

The phone was purchased branded, and I subsequently unlocked it, so I do want to ensure I do not return it to its locked state.

I'd be really grateful if someone can advise, please?

Once a BlackBerry is unlocked, it will not get "returned to its locked state".

Perform a Security Wipe and you will be fine.

And remember to remove the SD card (or at least delete and reformat it).
