Default is there a decent ebook reader for blackberry?

i tried epub reader, teribble. i might even try paying now. i want to load the ebooks from my comp to my phone to read them. mobireader doesn't download for some reason, is the site download link not working?

i got a bb bold 9700

yes i have, app world is the most pathetic app store i have ever seen.

Agreed, but it's where you get apps. I would suggest getting a different brand device if this one isn't meeting your needs.

Far be it for me to tell anybody how to use their mobile device, but given the size of the BlackBerry screen I don't think e-readers have gotten much attention.

I do see that there is a Kindle app for BlackBerry: Kindle for BlackBerry: Read eBooks on Your BlackBerryNo Kindle Required
