Default Odd question: changing key functions

Please Login to Remove!

I'd like to make my space key insert an underscore instead of a normal space. Does anyone know if this is even possible? I am not opposed to downloading an app to make this happen.

If changing the space key is not possible, would it be possible to make the convenience key insert a underscore?

My phone is a curve 9360.

The nearest thing to what you want to do is word substitution. You could, for example, set _ to substitute for uu, or whatever.
