My computer does not recognize my device, I know my USB is good, I have completed the suggested troubleshoot points, still disconnected. Any suggestions? Help appreciated.

Sometimes pulling the BlackBerry's battery while it's connected via USB and while desktop manager is running will force the connection.

You might also try updating desktop manager if there is a newer version available.
