One of my users has a 7320. This thing has been causing me all sorts of headaches. Currently when you try to Sync the calendar with Outlook it will get to 3221 of 5944 (that is not a typo) and generate JVM error 531. It has also shown error, 200, and 203.

I cannot even start the blackberry up because it displays Uncaught Exception: Java.lang.ArrayStoreException.

I already know that I have to reload the OS, but I want to be able to get the calendar items off of it. Or even part of the items off the device.

Does anyone know of a way to do this. I have searched these forums up and down and cannot find a resolution

Assuming your not using BES 4.0, you have to be connected to the Desktop Manager to create a backup. If you cant get that to happen, you are out of luck. I know of no software that can create a backup from a BlackBerry that is not booting.

I have used the Desktop manager and am able to backup up everything, but once I hit that one point on the Calendar it errors out and I have to Reset the device.
