I just received my 7250 and my question is. does the LED stay on the whole time it is charging or what? Cause i have had it plugged in for about 3 hrs and everytime i attempt to turn it on it says battery is drained. How long does it need to charge? I assume its charging but the LED only stays on for about 30 seconds and then goes off so I'm not sure if its charging or not.

Are you using the wall charger or USB. USB is much slower when it comes to charging the device.

On the RIM S/W forum is a sticky about OS software and where to get the latest versions for each provider.

Remember, Search is Your Friend!

Hope this helps.

Download the handheld OS software from your carrier's BB support web site. There is a list of them in the Sticky Thread at the top of the General BlackBerry Discussion. Execute the program you've downloaded.

Locate and delete "vendor.xml" on the C: drive of your PC

Restart Desktop Manager. It should reload the handheld OS.
