User moved to new Exch 2007 PO now can't sync
Have a customer who was moved to a newly installed Exch 2007 post office server. He's using a 8900 over AT&T network that worked previously on a different PO in the same org. bES server manager sees him on the new PO, but now his 8900 locks.
Power off / battery out reset does work, but BB still locks and will not communicate with the BES.
Anyone see this before? Any pointers/help would be appreciated.

What mail erver were you on?
What version BES?
Did you apply permission on BESAdmin account to mail store?
using 2008 DC? need to apply NSPI limits for BESAdmin also
