First, Hi all, am new here.

I have a problem with my BB.

I am on O2 carrier in UK, when I added the O2 customer service number to my contacts, it dials my number 1st for some reason and am not sure how to get this working.

So, I have put 4445 in my contacts, hit dial and it dials my own number. When I just put the 4445 into the dial it dials fine, only have a problem when adding this to my contacts. This is the only number I am having a problem with.

Seems there is some sort of forwarding and have noidea on how to sort. Any ideas?

Open the dialer, press the menu key and look in options somewhere - not sure on a 9800 where it is - for the Country Code. Change it from +1 to your home Country Code and it will work fine.
