if i turn my blackberry 9900 wifi on........ so if i turn my blackberry 9900 wifi on,will it add up to my phone bill? like for a month i`ve been only using mobile network but if i keep my wifi on,will it increase my bill? |
Re: if i turn my blackberry 9900 wifi on........ Data will usually go via WiFi rather than the carrier's cell data network. I cannot say "always" nor can I sat for certain. It depends on the WiFi connection and the apps you are using. Keep in mind that many carriers require you to have a Blackberry data plan active on your account before allowing you to use WiFi. And please update your profile to reflect your cell carrier. I know that it isn't "blackberry 9900". |
Re: if i turn my blackberry 9900 wifi on........ To add to what Dubdub said, you will not pay your mobile service provider for data you use over wifi. Wifi use will not increase your mobile service bill. To Dubdub's point, you cannot assume all data is on wifi when wifi is on, unless you turn the mobile network off and use only wifi.
