A have deleted the vendor.xml and upload started. The section before the last "connecting to handheld" took app. 30 minutes and then it said that because of the password (that I have disabled earlier) connection and reinstall of data is impossible. Since then it is hourglass on the screen. I have tried literally everything (ctrl+alt+del, taking out the batery, trying to reconect to desktop manager - nothing helps.
I was checking the wendor.xml file on my PC but did not found it.

Try using the javaloader program to wipe the device and reinstall.
