I hope this is not too stupid a question.

If I have to print or somehow regenerate messages (incoming and outgoing) from my BB. How can these prints or regenerated messages be validated to the effect that they really came from my BB device? Are there companies that make these sort of validations?

Reason for need - the messages in question are personal in nature and I need them for certain legal purposes. But my device is company issued so I cannot risk showing company related messages to non-company people. (Note - I am allowed to use this device for personal purposes)

I will appreciate any help, suggestion or recommendation.

So it sounds like you have a problem that may be bigger than simply validating an email.
The only thing I can think of is to email it to yourself and print it but that will not prove date or time except to be something of yours.
If this is for a legal issue I would be careful to keep the original on the phone and hope your IT group does not erase the email.
You do realize they can see all the emails the BB gets as they pass via the BES server the IT group has. Depending on the IT spy they may not have time to worry about your emails but may have copies for their own legal reasons.

Thanks for your reply. You're right. BES can see it. Since I am allowed to use my Bb for personal use anyway, maybe I could go to IT and have them certify. Do you think thats a good idea?
