Cannot activate Hi Everyone I cannot get pass enterprise activation. It stops and says delete your device data and try again... This is after encryption verified screen so password is good. Any ideas? |

Re: Cannot activate It is on BES. I got the activation password from my BES administrator. They just made some changes and moved servers, they just want us to re-activate, but BB is asking me to wipe data? Admin told me go to Security Wipe and check Emails, Contacts, etc.. and then wipe. But will this wipe my app data? It says "All application data will be lost!". |
Re: Cannot activate Yes it will. Apps can be downloaded again since they should be tied to your BBID. Back up your device. Wipe and then try activating again. |
