Default Error 552 blackberry 8520

Please Login to Remove!
Please Help!!!
After deleting an app from my phone, now it has a white screen saying Reload software 552.
I downloaded the desktop software device manager on my laptop but my laptop does not recognise my phone when i connect it. What must i do?
