I requested help a week ago and no one responded. i have a 9810 and when i sync to outlook, it doesnt seem to copy all changes that have been made. when i enter something new in the BB, it doe not update outlook. it does register some changes and upgrades but not all. could the fact that i have two profiles be confusing it?
