Hi guys,

First time on here, have been doing my nut in trying to do something that is probably quite simple.

When I sync my contacts (under organiser section of blackberry software) with my comp, only six of my contacts copy across. Not ideal.

If I go into the back up menu and press to back up custom data, I have an option to back up my 'Address book' (which has six entries) and my 'Address Book - All' (which has 71). What is the difference? And how can I make it sync both of these?

Look at the contacs that do copy and check for a difference in the two. Make sure the fields are the same.
Make sure they are all in one address "book" in outlook. delete the ones in the BB and copy the address book to the BB.

Okay, if I go to those six contacts on my BB, then it says they are part of my 'contact list' for one of my email accounts.

I have three contact lists for my three email addresses - although I don't use these lists, it's just how it's somehow set up on my phone because of emailing syncing. I can't see any way of changing the contact list that someone belongs to.

and as far as I can tell I don't have numerous address books in Outlook... but I'm pretty new to it.
