I have a Blackberry Bold and recently have had a problem reading my email in-box messages. The device displays the first paragraph or so of the message, but hides the reminder of the message under a black and white chess board mask that keeps me from seeing the rest of the message. Any ideas on the problem and remedy?

Did you try pulling the battery to reset the BB? Try.
