While updating my software, it crashes!
 

Hello,
Every time i try to update any device on my laptop using blackberry desktop software latest version. a message occurs and it says:" an error occured while downloading your device software. Check your internet connection and try again. if the problem presists contact your service provider. I did all possible solutions but the problem still occuring. I will appreciate if someone can help me.

Download the software update to your PC and run from the PC. If you have any delays or stalls from the internet while doing a update it fails or causes issues. It's always best to do it via the PC.
Download and install the update. DM will see when loaded and ask if you want to update.
