I just deployed a new 7100G to a remote user. He's unable to open attachments. Any emails with an attachment do not show the paper clip on th eenvelope in the inbox view. When he opens the email, it does have the [1 Attachment] at the top of the email, but when he clicks on it, there is no "open attachment" option.
I've removed him from the BES and redid the Enterprise Activation. No dice.
Any suggestions? I hate working on these issues 2000 miles away, so any advise is appreciated!!
