syncing Google calendar with BB Torch

my Google Sync stopped working last week. After trying many restarts, I decided to uninstall it, anticipating a subsequent re-install. It seems that app is no longer available.
Any suggestions on how to sync my BB Torch with a Google calendar?

You can synchronize Google Calendar and Contacts wirelessly with a integrated Gmail® email account using the BlackBerry Internet Service.

Not anymore. Google has turned that off.

I recommend syncing with Outlook then sync your BB with Outlook through Desktop Manager.
