9780 Slow

I am using a BlackBerry Bold 9780. It is very slow sometime. I am having the RIM version 6. What can I do to get my BB fast? Need you kind help please.......

Fully close apps. Delete apps you really do not need. Do not store media files in main memory. Clear browser cache.

Do a battery pull - with the device on remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, put it back in and let the device reboot.

yeah, close all the apps, and restart your phone. It helps for a while, but not in long term. Maybe you should uninstall those unnecessary apps.
