Hi all, I have a slight problem and I can't get to the bottom of it.

When I send a new email to someone at my place of work they never get the message. My work email is on a microsoft exchange server. However, if someone from my work emails me the mail is geeting through to my Blackberry and if I reply they get the message. I have tried sending new mail to other addresses and they work fine apart from my work one. Any suggestions?
