Title says it all. Trying to download an app from App World because I want to install it thru the DM.

I sign into my App World with my BBID, then click on the download icon and it brings to another sign in page for my BBID. I enter it again and then I get the error.

Any help much appreciated,

Off the top of my head, I would try uninstalling App World, then installing it again.

Do you have this error with any other apps in App World?

I should have added that this is on the computer using Firefox. I never use to have any problems upgrade or adding apps to my phone or Playbook in recent past.

I was wanting to try and download BBM 7 to and then install on the phone.

I have no problems accessing App World and installing apps on the actual phone.
