Is the BES admin able to audit and see the content of a PIN to PIN message ?

Using the BlackBerry Administration Service, personal identification number (PIN) messages and Short Message Service (SMS) text messages that have been sent and received on a BlackBerry® smartphone can be logged. The logs are kept in a central repository.

Is the message ( PIN to PIN ) content completely visible or only partly ?

EVERYTHING you do on a BlackBerry device attached to a BES is completely viewable by the BES admin. Whether they choose to or not is another matter, but it can all be logged and viewed.
