I tried to use the SIM card from my 6750 model and put it into a 7280. The phone part of the BB worked (so it must have recognized the SIM card) but it didn't receive or send e-mails. How do I get it to be able to do e-mails?

You need to update your BIS account or BES admin of the new Pin number of the unit.
