what do we need to buy before we get BES 10

Good day all the fans of blackberry, the company I am working for currently using BES 5.0.4 installed on sbs2008 and exchange 2007. in the office, we have people using 9780, 9800, 9900. however, boss wants to upgrade to BES 10 and I would like to know what are the cost for this new BES 10, one extra server for BES 10, BES10 might not fit with our exchange 2007.
