Default BES 10 on AD 2003\Exchange 2003

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

We have BES Express 5.0.2 and our MD decided to upgrade his handset to BB Z10. I have installed the BES 10 on a separate server with out any installation issues. I can log on to the web console with out any issues what so ever but when i try to create a user who has an AD account with exchange i get the following error "The BlackBerry® Administration Service was unable to create the required external authenticator for the user". Checking at the event log i can see there are warnings Event ID 20460 - [SRP] Connection failed.

Any help is appreciated as i am getting no where with it at the moment please.
