Does anyone know a shortcut to enter the "and" sign (&) when composing a message or note?

I dont think there is a shortcut for '&' by default, but you can create your own. Open Options > AutoText. As an example, create a new entry that replaces 'zz' with "&'. Now every time I type 'zz' it is automatically changed to '&'.

Why the need for a shortcut, its only 2 buttons to hit for it. "SYM" then the letter "L"

I use the 'n' key in autotext to get the &. Only 1 key!!
