Angry desktop management v4 hijacks v7.1

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Hope you can.HELP! I had major problems with my 8520 bb and it was agreed by vodaphone it was 'nuked'

I've now purchased a new 9320. Vodaphone in trying to salvage my old phone actually got in to my computer and took off the old version 4 of the desk top management software..it is definetly not showing anywhere now within the software on my system

I've downloaded the new 7.1 software which came with the phone which loaded perfectly however when i click the bb icon on the desktop it gets hijcked by the old software. It actually shows a picture of the old 8520 and also shows the old pin number to the old phone.

Can anyone give me a clue whats happening and suggest a solution the problem!

Cheers

Nigel

The uninstall apparently wasn't clean and your old settings are still there. Whatever, connect the new BlackBerry and set the Desktop Software to connect to it.
