1. Press the Menu key from the Home screen.
2. Tap Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile Hotspot > Configure Mobile Hotspot.
3. Enter a name for Network SSID. (e.g. Breakout) Check Hide SSID if you want to hide the SSID.
4. Tap WPA2 PSK for Security and enter the related items if you want to allow limited devices to access the internet via your phone.

Nice copy and paste that doesn't help anything.
