Default enabling service books and hrts

i own a bb 8830 world edition from sprint and i cant use the built in browser.when trying to connect,i recieve the message'your device does not currently have any browser configuration service books,contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device.i have contacted and subscribed to bb data plan from my provider(mtn Ghana),tried registering from the host routing table(registration message sent but still no entries) and performed the diagnostic test but the same old story.the opera mini function without any problem.i do also have wappush enabled and active from my service book menu but cant still cant use the in built browser.any help please

MTN probably doesn't have the service books for the 8830, so it will never work. Buy a GSM device.
