Hi,

I get attachments all day long from work, and they show up in the body of the email. It will say at the top of the email "This message has 1 attachment". But when I press the thumb wheel down, there are no options to open the attachment. These attachments are typically word docs or excell spread sheets.

If anyone has any tips on how I can make the attachments open I'd appreciate your help!

I am not using the blackberry corporate server, my company does not support it, I'm using the desktop redirector... Is that why the attachments don't work?

Also, if I can get them to work, the guy at tmobile told me wav fles are not supported at this time. We have VOIP at work, and our voice mails are delivered via email. Is there any little secrets that would allow me to open these wav voice mails that i get via my email?

Yes. Attachments are not supported on the Desktop Redirector.
