|  Error installing BB desktop software 4.1
Please Login to Remove! On a windows XP SP2 machine I am getting an error ' error 1720, There was a problem with this windows installer package, A script required for this install to complete could not be run, contact your support personnel or package vendor.'
The BB is not connected via the USB cable when installing.
I am installing to use the Desktop redirector software, we do not have a BES
Any ideas ?
