BBM won't connect on Android?
 
This is the 3rd time I've tried to install BBM on my Samsung Galaxy Fame and it always comes up with "No Connectivity Found" , I've searched this problem up before and it told me to make a Blackberry ID, but even with that I still cannot get on to it.

Well, the S6810 comes shipped with 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), so it should be working. You mentioned that even with a BlackBerry ID you could not connect. There is no other way. You would need a preexisting BBID or create a new one after installation. Did you download the app from the Google Play store?

Are you comfortable installing an .apk directly on your device?

I did download it from Google Play. Does that installation affect my phone in any way such as having to pay for it?

No, the app will always be free to use and download. Are you on WiFi when you try to connect to BBM? Are you connected to your mobile network as well?
