Default Problem with BB 9220

Please Login to Remove!

hello ,

I have a 9220 BB and when i connect the phone to my PC only compare the phone clock and not "connect via usb unit" / "only battery charge" options...

I need to browse photos and audio files...

I already changed usb cable and I test the phone also on another PC.

Do I have to enable anything?Is this a Ddiver problem?

thanks for the tip .
I have already done that... if I reconnect the BB nothing is displayed on BB screen ... the only thing that change is that I can find a phone unit under my computer resorurce but I can't browse the music,picture... folders it's compleately empty ...

any suggestion?

Try using Desktop Manager. download from Blackberry.com.
The suggestion ZombieBerry gave should work unless your data is encrypted
