I have a few questions about the wireless sync on the bb.

First, I was under the impression that the bb should d/l all contacts in
outlook. I know it won't d/l shared contacts wirelessly, but it should be
able to get multiple contact lists.

I have a user that mentioned yesterday that he is missing contacts.

I wiped his bb and reset him on the bes. But he said it is doing the
same thing.

I don't have the bb here right now, so I don't know what version he is running on the bb. But has anyone seen this before?
