I have an issue where the default 'Documents to GO' app is disabled by policy but the file association is still set. So downloaded PDf and those opened via a Web link will automatically try to open with this app.
If you open via Outlook you are given an option to use 'Documents to Go' or the 'Basic Viewer'.
How can I get the 'Basic Viewer' set as the default to open all PDF downloads and files locally on the handset so that users do not get a 'This application has been disabled...' message.
