Default Push with WIFI

Please Login to Remove!

Hii, I'm programmer and I have developped an application than receive push. Problem:
I cant receive push with my app. I haven't a blackberry data plan but Why Blackberry Messenger, whatsapp,facebook works???
I have only Wifi available.

You need to check with your carrier to see how your getting any data but not email push. I would suspect they allow limited data but to get email services you need a BB data plan.
Claro looks like a sub provider and may not fully control all data functions but to get a BIS service you would definitely need a data plan that supports it.
