Cool My dumb question for today

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7250 that was being used by one of our SVPs - he left the company without giving me his password - how can I either eliminate the need for a password or reset the existing one without being able to get into the device? We are running on a BES...is there something that I can push down to the device that will solve my problem?

Thanks

Enter the password wrong 10 times and the unit will wipe itself, then you can set it up for another user.

Thanks Matt,

I will do that today. I was born and raised in Westbrook Maine (just West of Portland)
