Hello all,

I am having trouble getting blackberry to send me my logon details so that I can download my BES certification certificates. I have logged an incident on the certification portal and also emailed certification at blackberry dot com. It has been several weeks since I first logged an incident and I have sent several email but no response.

a) Is anyone else having issues getting a response from the certification team?
b) anyone know a different way to contact them?
