Ahk, I hate being a dumb new user, but here goes...Just got it today, not even ready to use data features yet.

I'm stymied trying to configure my voice mail. Prompts require me to create/enter a new password followed by the "pound key" - someone please help me find the "pound key" on this qwery (8700) keyboard!

ALT+# key, sorry couldn't resist. It's the upper left key, so press ALT+Q.

This is incorrect for the problem posed. Original questione concerned a numeric field which does not need the ALT key. Press only the Q, this will insert the # symbole in the field.

Can't believe it - tried 5 times - pressing ALT + Q goes in as a "Q" every time.
I forgot how frustrating this can be... what could I be doing wrong?

Sorry, you're in a number field, I just remebered, no need to press the alt key. Just press Q.
