Well I hope that I have not missed the answer to my question I have done some searching. I purchased a blackberry 7100t off of the internet and it came with a password on it (blackberry) when I go into security there is no option to disable the password I am also getting very occasionally the message Decryption Failure Please Regenerate Key I am wondering if it was used at one time on an enterprise server and has some info on it that needs to be removed or if there is a setting that I just don't know about if anyone can point me in the right direction I would sure appreciate the help Thanks
