Default firewall setting

so my mail server sits behind a firewall. I allow port 25 in and out for e-mail to work but not POP on 110.

I was wondering how I would go about allowing my blackberry to pop me e-mail off.

Do I need to allow t-mobile in? like blackberry webclient.t-mobile.com

or does anyone know where the request comes from? So I know who to alllow POP access to?

you don't have an open SMTP relay do you? not that it answers your question, but thats HIGHLY insecure.

as for the question, can you not just set it up on your blackberry and then look at the firewall logs to see whats hitting it on port 110?
